shipping/return policy

Refund will only be issued in the form of store credits and we do accept exchange request in special cases. 
Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee associated with the return or exchange.
We will process the refund for store credits after we receive the items.
We will have the exchanged items prepared and shipped after we receive both the items and the shipping fees via our PayPal account. (Contact customer service for the detail)

Promotional items with retail value
Items received in damaged or worn condition
Shipping charges except in case where we made a shipping error
